Use: By subscribing to or using any of our services you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services.
Warranty on products Offered: Every effort is made to provide the warranty details if any on the product details itself. All our cricket bats comes with our own guarantee for a full replacement or refund if you are not happy with the performance, horizontal break or a handle joint breaking.
Soft Leather products like cricket batting gloves, batting pads/legguards can be replaced if the size/fitting is an issue, however the product should not be used, must have all its original packing, labeling etc. Customer has to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We do not charge our customers for reverse pickup and reshipping.
Products details & images:
Most products pictures belong to us. Actual details and images may sligthly vary over a period of time due to design changes, raw material availabilitiy etc however effort will be made time to time to reflect the most updated detail. We at Harris Sports respect the intellectual property of others and so do ours, hence please contact us if required at contact@harrissports.in
Pricing and Payments:
We accept most online payment methods, UPI payments and International cards. Payments are accepted online in INR and for International cards the amount is converted to their local currency at the payment final page.We accept the following online payments:
Online Credit Cards, Debit Cards & Net Banking - We accept payments from all leading banks via bank transfer and through our online payment partner RazorPay. Payment is via secure method.
UPI payments are also accepted.
Online Payment - We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information of our products, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and we will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that we accept your order the same shall be debited to your credit / debit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to we dispatching of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit / debit card / Bank account.
Shipping and Return policy
Shipping: We use multiple carriers to ship items and typically all items are delivered within 2-5 days from the realization of payment. We offer free shipping on most of our products.
All products are packed well and necessary packing material used to ensure no damages are incurred during transit. All loss, insurance if any are governed by the shipping carrier that we use to ship your items, we do not own any such damages incurred by the carrier however we will make every effort to support your claim with the shipping carrier. We request that you not to accept the consignment if there is noticeable damage to the consignment and notify us on the same.
Shipping commitments do not hold good in the “act of god” (natural calamities etc)
Orders: We normally process the order the next day of payment receipt, however in some cases it may take longer. Harris Sports reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, however cancellation reason most likely be due to unavailability of the product in stock but shown as available/ in stock on the website due to delay in real time updation of the website or a technical issue.
Money back, Returns & Replacements: We will return the full amount in case of cancellation of orders as described in the above point under “orders”. Product can be returned for any manufacturing defects after the due diligence by you and us, warranty by us will be applicable as described in the point “warranty on products” above. A replacement is offered if customer receives a product damaged, broken, faulty due to any sign of packing issues or a defective product, customer must send us an email at contact@harrissports.in with the details and picture of the damaged product and the pictures of the packing in case noticeable damage within 48 hrs of delivery. Return shipping charges would be borne by us however customer needs to send us all the original and manufacturer packing & boxes, product should be in unused condition, damage should not be due to improper handling, neglect or misuse. Not meeting any of these criteria would void the money back, returns and replacements by us. The decision for a replacement, refund would be decided only after we receive the product back and due diligence/inspection done at your end.
If you believe you have ordered a wrong product, size, color, in that case also you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the products, a replacement will be arranged however in such situation the shipping cost may have to be borne by the customer, on actuals.
Warranty on Cricket Bats
- All cricket bats are covered by a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase. This covers all manufacturing and material defects caused by reasonable use.
- This bat also carries replacement/repair warranty in case of a horizontal break/crack, handle joint breaking
- Within this period of 6 months, we will offer either a free repair or a replacement, in either case the product must be returned to us for inspection. We will arrange for the pickup so do not worry about that.
- Proof of purchase is required for any claim to be valid. We reserves the right to withdraw the Warranty Service if our experts deem that the bat has been subject to damage due to one or more conditions listed below.
Typical Dont's & situations with cricket bat that voids warranty/refund/replacements
- Use without oiling and knocking in adequately.
- Over oiling
- Misuse/Deliberate damage.
- Natural wear & tear.
- Exposure to water.
- Dents/damage to the edges.
- Poor storage conditions (too damp or dry)
- Partical vertical cracks or cracks running from blade to the handle joints are natural, dent/crack on the toe due to a bad shot, yorker damage etc.
